Partial revert of 413fc34be7fca948dc53b3eb8cd1a08e951f2b4e.

Proton testing reveals that Arial font breaks another launcher, and it's not known to fix anything. Native behavior doesn't really matter here (since it's a situation that Windows will never encounter in practice), so go with the font that seems to be a better match until we have a proper replacement for Microsoft Sans Serif (not to be confused with MS Sans Serif).
