There are 5 commits in this MR, DeleteFileW(NULL) testing is a failure if without the last commit.

On windows 11, DeleteFileW(NULL) will return FALSE and last error is ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND, but in wine,
DeleteFileW(NULL) will return TRUE if without the last commit.
