Note: NtContinue() is used by exception handling (on `EXCEPTION_CONTINUE_EXECUTION`) or debugging (on `DBG_EXCEPTION_HANDLED` or `DBG_CONTINUE`), so it's safe to say that both exceptions and debugging are broken.
