MmGetSystemRoutineAddress wasn't finding some functions in ntoskrnl and hal.dll, this patch fixes it required by mrac anti cheat (and various other drivers)
-- v7: ntoskrnl.exe: use LoadLibraryW for MmGetSystemRoutineAddress.
