No. It's impossible to trigger real reset. For now, what we do in the PID driver is we keep track of the number of effects uploaded to the device. If we're uploading a new effect to an "empty" one, we trigger a reset sequence consisting of reset, stop all effects, enable actuators.

Just removing all effects is fine at this point
