Please check type is indeed DEVPROP_TYPE_UINT32 because https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/install/devpkey-d... says it's DEVPROP_TYPE_INT32. MSDN is probably wrong because it says the same for DEVPKEY_Device_BusNumber. But better to verify it.
