* Windows Firefox: Three high speed flings including momentum scrolls through entire page
* Windows Firefox with aecfceed3baa21e5bb152bf9ecedd322a5549581 wine wayland: One high speed fling scrolls entire page (too fast, seemingly too much momentum. unclear if this is the input layer or the app?)
* Windows Firefox with wine XWayland: Three full scroll swipes scrolls entire page

Notably Windows Firefox in wine wayland is not behaving like https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/4809#note_57385 in that scroll direction is always in the expected direction.
