[PATCH 0/2] MR7696: mf: Specify the timer queue for timer callbacks.

Calling MFScheduleWorkItemEx() schedules the operation in the timer
queue, but unless GetParameters() returns the timer queue, callback
invocation will occur in the standard queue.
