Note: I'm still worried about the current initial tests as they are only done with an ansi CRT init. I'm working on extending the test (and test harness <g>) to be able to test unicode crt init and see the discrepancies. The question I'd like to answer is whether a unicode crt init does create _environ and is it symetrical to the ansi crt init (creates environ but not wenviron)
