Tekken 8 depends on Ipv4Metric field in IP_ADAPTER_ADDRESSES to decide which interface is in use among active of Ethernet or WiFi types (and shows wrong connection icon when we don't have this field properly filled with metrics for Ethernet being lower than for WiFi).

This is a partial implementation because on Windows there are some specific non-zero values for all type of interfaces which we don't get on Linux.
