some variable name changes to work around existing d3dx11 test definitions and a removal of a few `broken()`s for Windows Vista since we no longer test on it.
In the same vein, I'd get rid of those `broken()`s from the d3dx10 tests as well, by removing them from d3dx10 before, or after, porting the test over (in the latter case you could even argue for bringing the `broken()` in the initial introduction of the d3dx11 version — I don't think it would be necessary).
WRT the variable names, I'd rather change (or even get rid of, if largely made obsolete) the existing d3dx11 tests to keep the two versions better in sync.
