V2 pushed:
- separated first patch by setting in a dedicated patch the testing of availability of ProcessGroupId field (not present in Win7)
- removed one case of stateful test (potentially to help with V1 test failures, but most of local and testbot runs couldn't repro them)
- made the implementation better match Win10 behavior
