[PATCH 0/3] MR6642: Playing with C++ in PDB format.

This MR contains a couple of changes linked to debugging issues
when loading PDB C++ information.
It contains:
- protection of most of a bunch of strings against Wine internal
  trace buffer overflow (C++ symbol and type names can be very
  long)
- a couple of additional TRACE
- a couple of fixed for typos
