I think this is addressed. The new features are tested. The NAMECHANGE event was covered by the win32u change (https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/7704), and the return value of accDoDefaultAction is fixed. I also added a test for the coordinates returned by accLocation.
