Thanks for fixing this and sorry for the trouble! I was at first trying the dynamic allocation but after a bit of digging the values seemed unused outside of enumeration. Since there was a historic use that was no more I went ahead with the removal. The comment you've added will save the next fool that touches the area ;-)
