[PATCH 0/3] MR7590: light.msstyles: Introduce a CSS file to isolate colors from shapes.

The goal is to make it somewhat easier to define different color schemes. This MR should not result in any changes to the generated bitmap files.

Many more will follow over time for all the other color values used in the SVG files.
