From my research Canadian and Philippines are the only two that vary. Canadian mostly follows British, but with a bunch of exceptions, and Philippines mostly follows US, except for the -l-/-ll-.
That's only four variations.
I was going to do a "sparse" version to keep the code down, but I forgot... I can see what that looks like?
