There are apparently test failures on Windows, and it also fails to build on arm64 because of a missing log2 import, will need to be fixed (possibly by removing the tests for now if it's too difficult to fix otherwise, I don't know why this error happens).
`lld-link: error: undefined symbol: __declspec(dllimport) log2`
