v2: Add a fix for a random crash caused by `SetActionMap` now tripping on unsupported action format flags in the tests. It was skipping them entirely before 7b3f3d60782c63edd621353a635616f4cea029da.
`SetActionMap` will be better fixed later but this should avoid random CI failures.
