I apologize for the many CI failures. Everything should be in order now.

On a separate note, I checked the exported symbols using `nm` to make sure I specified `DECLSPEC_HIDDEN` when required and I noticed the presence of `alsa_wow64_midi_in_message()` and `alsa_wow64_midi_notify_wait()`.  
Should I fix that in another merge request?
