- use `DrawEdge` for painting the background frame
- remove `FillRect` from background, not needed since eb1f9896cc023786e5d1a1d0e7e9ea434a9d7cae
- add `Edit address` title to overflow button
- remove RMB click on overflow button to edit address, this was the case in Windows 7, but looks like it was changed at some point
- open RMB menu on RMB click on overflow button, matches Windows 10 behaviour
- add tooltips
- add `set_icon` utility
