[PATCH v3 0/6] MR6402: bluetoothapis: Implement basic SDP methods.

The MR adds implementations (+ a few tests) for the following methods in `bluetoothapis.h`:

* `BluetoothSdpEnumAttributes`
* `BluetoothSdpGetContainerElementData`
* `BluetoothSdpGetElementData`
* `BluetoothSdpGetAttributeValue`
