I think we're chatting here too much. I did this PR because I thought that Wine guys actually had something in mind by touching autocenter on reset. It was weird that it get merged like that in the first place.

I'm changing this pr to just remove the autocentering on reset and device creation. Let driver handle that and if you still want to pursue the sidewinder issue, please report to the linux `hid-pidff` dirver.
