http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5540 ------- Additional Comments From truiken(a)gmail.com 2006-11-10 19:08 ------- To fake the .NET install: It really depends on which installer is asking for .NET because they all do weird things, but for this installer: Copy the registry keys in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework and HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Net Framework Setup from Window's registry to Wine's registry. Copy windows\system32\catroot to .wine/drive_c/windows/system32. I think that should be it for this installer. After installing, I tried to run the app. It asks you to register the product, but that fails when trying to connect to the internet. This bug has been fixed.
