My os is Kubuntu Dapper, with latest updates. I tried clean build even that does not solve this one. It appears to me that the textures are actually there. When I run around I see them flash up every now and then. And it only seems to happen in busy places. Kaineng Center and Lions Arch where there are a lot of user skins for armor. It doesn't always seem to do it either. It looks like the black is overlapping the correct texture. I think black is normal before textures load.
