Apart from some strange text issues in the menu, it seems to run fine directX-wise. However this bug is for the installer ( I added the keyword "installer" already long time ago and removed category "directX-d3d"). It's a bug in WritePrivateProfileString. I fixed the pIB = NULL bug some time ago by holding an internal reference on assigned buffers instead of setting them to NULL when releasing them. So Direct3D-Wise the game should work now.
