I used "Pantheon rise of the fallen" for this bug report 2 - download "MelonLoader.Installer.exe" from https://melonwiki.xyz/#/?id=requirements web site, that's the link "download latest for windows" 3 - install melon loader through : wine MelonLoader.Installer.exe 4 - clic on the "add game manually" in the bottom right corner, and select you game from its location (in my case Pantheon.exe) 5 - then clic the game, and clic the "install" button 6 - close melonloader 7 - launch the game (apparently it download a version of .net) -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. No demo versions exist. C&C Tiberian Sun shows the intro videos and the main menu correctly but selecting any buttons in the menu displays only a black rectangle when the menu is opened. In C&C Red Alert II the whole screen is black when the main menu is loaded. Unix symlinks could be mapped into junction points. This would allow applications (e.g. Picasa) avoid following symlinks if they wanted to. Also, the .net 2 installer would be happier in winxp mode if wine supported junction points (see bug 10601): "The .NET 2.0 Framework installer checks if the target volume is NTFS filesystem type and then uses the FSCTL_SET_REPARSE_POINT ioctl (used for mount points and junctions) to create junction points for each registered assembly in Windows SxS directory to GAC assembly directory (link target). Basically the junction point is used to redirect access from one directory to another." This bug occurs from version 612 and onward (now at 613), which basically doesn't open the window at all (but the process isn't killed, so it just hangs in the terminal and I'm unable to terminate it). It seems the amount of time it can take depends on system, on my main machine I've had it take a minute sometimes, whereas my laptop (which is much slower) can somehow do so in up to about 10 seconds. Extract savihostx64.zip, and move savihost.exe to "C:\Program Files\Roland\Sound Canvas VA" 4. Rename savihost.exe to "Sound Canvas VA.exe" 5. Run the renamed executable 6. Go to Devices>MIDI, and set Input Port 1 to "Midi Through Port-0" 7. Nothing on either side of this trace seemed out of the ordinary.
