The window appears with blank panels and then crashes and closes. Reverting to WINE 10.12 fixes the issue. I've compared both WINE versions in a new WINEPREFIX with a portable installation of foobar2000-x64_v2.24.6. I'm using Arch with an up-to-date system. It's Winamp 5.623 in my case if that matters.
