It works OK under wine 3.0.4. All libraries are internal, except for MS VC++ 2005 redistributable. No wine prefix options nor 'export' flags. Makes any sort of multitasking in completely impossible until the game in question is closed. In certain games, like Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced, the inverse is true; while mouse can be used in external apps, doing so completely shuts down ALL in-game input, whether by gamepad or mouse and keyboard, requiring a force-close and restart to restore normal functionality. Expected Behavior, circa Wine 9 and earlier: Game relinquishes mouse cursor control when switching between currently-running apps, allowing for normal mouse control. It stopped working a while ago. Tried to switch Operating System (XP, Win10, ...) but without success. This works in "real" windows (WinXP, Win7, Win10, Win11). See the stack trace for more information. This happens when I try to open a FTPS connection that is secured. FTP without encryption still works. I haven't tried SFTP, if that fails as well, as I do not have an FTP server supporting this. In the log there were indications that something might be wrong with the xaudio 2_7 dll. So I just applied faudio via winetricks and the games work again. Unfortunately this is not a permanent solution as there is a bug on platforms like Mac OS, FreeBSD that if you use native,buildin xaudio the sound does not work correctly in terms of stuttering and slightly distorted sound. As far as I know the games worked correctly in Wine 6.0.1. Unfortunately it is not possible for me to test more in wine-devel because the port is very often defective and also just once again not working.
