The game works as expected when I install <a href="https://github.com/z0z0z/mf-install">mf-install</a> libraries, which tells me that the problem is with the video rendering. This is especially noticeable when running the game in a virtual desktop, because the virtual desktop will keep lingering too until the "Vampire.exe" process is killed. You can hear the sound playing, but the video fails to load. The game seems to try to load the video again and finds itself in a failing loop, leaking memory. While trying to reproduce the intro video, the game spams to the log: >fixme:mfplat:media_source_get_service_GetService Unsupported service {dd0ac3d8-40e3-4128-ac48-c0add067b714}. This issue (memory leak) doesn't occurs on Proton, but the intro video still can't be reproduced. Procedure: 1 - Open up the game 2 - Wait until the first intro (Massive Monster opening) ends 3 - Watch for the system monitor that RAM is leaking. Kill the application or else it'll freeze your system Game is paid and can be downloaded from Steam or GOG. In "Arma 3" and in "Arma: Reforger" CapsLock is used as push to talk button for radio and you are often holding it alongside other buttons. How to reproduce: 1. Caps lock state need to be on. 2. Hold other key, for example W for walking forward 3. Hold CAPS LOCK 4. In Arma 3 it will start broadcasting for ms and stop and after 1s it will start broadcasting again. In Arma: Reforger this will toggle between Squad <-> Platoon radio instead because it detected double click on Caps Lock. Game will ignore you are still holding caps lock. There is small chance that bug will not trigger. There is also possibility that game may mistakenly detect that you are still holding the Caps Lock key after releasing it, causing it to continue broadcasting until you press it again. I don't know how to reproduce this one. This is very common issue for Arma players on Linux. It can be downloaded at http://www.denondj.com/engineprime Engine Prime 1.0.0 starts up successfully if d3dcompiler_46.dll and d3dcompiler_47.dll are disabled. If a track is added to the collection, and then played, there is no playback. No errors are recorded. Steps to reproduce: * Clean wine prefix. * Install Engine Prime 1.0.0 (link above) * Copy an MP3 file of your choice to somewhere under drive_c. * Copy another MP3 file of your choice to somewhere else on your filesystem accessible via a drive mapped in Wine, e.g. the Z: drive * Start Engine Prime as follows: env WINEDLLOVERRIDES="d3dcompiler_46.dll=d;d3dcompiler_47.dll=d" wine ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files\ \(x86\)/Engine\ Prime/EnginePrime.exe * Navigate to the filesystem browser * Choose an example track (at the time of writing, the file must be under C: drive - see bug #43651) * Right-click, choose Add To Collection * Double-click the file to load it into the deck * Allow track analysis to complete if it is still going * Press play Expected outcome: the track plays Actual outcome: the application does not play the track, nor give any indication that it is playing or trying to play the track Additional observations: * Navigate to the Preferences screen (the cog icon in the top right) * Observe that the "Default Device" for audio output is selected, but no info about bit depth or sample rate are shown. * Testing sound through winecfg demonstrates that sound does work in other wine applications A terminal log capture is attached.
