This pointer allocates a dynamic memory area through the function ImageList_Create at line 2205. When the if statement at line 2209 returns true, the program will return at line 2212. Vertical handle is unable to reach the bottom. Observed in Ubuntu with Wine 9.10 but this has been reported in ReactOS too ( https://jira.reactos.org/browse/CORE-19305 ). Cause seems to be as following, quoting comment from the ticket : "The messages that indicate scroll bar position, WM_HSCROLL and WM_VSCROLL, provide only 16 bits of position data. The GetScrollInfo function enables applications to use 32-bit scroll positions." With the extension installed, if one tries to open an html email the call to the IErenderer.dll causes Pegasus to hard crash.. The Pegasus creates some temp files from the email message, and uses WPM$xxx.PM$ format for files. Was thinking perhaps in the passing of filename with $ inside them might cause issue since Linux treats the $ as marking a variable? With IERender extion it creates these two file 1110 05-16-2025 08:18 WPM$M1PL.PM$ 56167 05-16-2025 08:18 WPM$SXGZ.PM$ With extension uninstalled it creates these 3 files 1536 05-16-2025 08:15 STO30e6.tmp 1536 05-16-2025 08:15 STO30e7.tmp 56167 05-16-2025 08:15 WPM$Z65Z.PM$ Note both of the 56167 byte files are identical?? The purpose of extension is to better handle displaying html messages. Without it, some messages don't display as they should. One can then opt to open messages in a browser, and they will display fine, but then replying doesn't work. The crash only occurs when running under wine, as opposed to running in Windows. I found a workaround that seems to point to the problem. I found that if I clear the check-box for "Show Preview" in the file save dialog box, the file saves normally. Tri-tools.com has been very cooperative in offering help, rather than simply saying "We don't support Linux" as so many developers do when asked for help. Here is a paste of their latest response to information that I had given them: >> If a report file is generated, it will be stored in your Temp folder. I am able to open it with Kdevelop 4 but have no idea what to do with the information.
