When you have installed and started Construct 2 (release r168) in this case, create a new project. It should look something like the attached screenshot, and whenever you try to move around, change tab or stuff that would generally have to update the layout window, nothing happens. Also tried latest wine up to the 9.0rc3. Camera Raw in Photoshop lose focus after after tooltip appearing, all buttons gray out. After switching to other apps and come back to Camera Raw the focus returns until tooltip appearing. If 'emulate virtual desktop' is enabled the 'Camera Raw' doesn't lose focus and behave good. Because these threads are spawned outside of Wine's lifecycle management, they do not receive the standard Windows FPU environment initialization. Specifically, new threads inherit the host's default Linux FPU state rather than the Windows-standard FPU Control Word (0x037f) and MXCSR (0x1f80). When Gecko’s layout engine (xul.dll) performs transcendental math operations (such as FSINCOS), it triggers a SIGFPE (translated to a 0xc000008f Inexact Result exception) because the precision exceptions are not correctly masked. Steps to Reproduce: Run an application utilizing wine-gecko with Direct2D SVG rendering enabled (e.g., Solid Edge 2026 Ribbon UI). Trigger a complex SVG render or layout calculation that invokes transcendental math instructions in xul.dll. The application will crash with 0xc000008f (Inexact Result) or a SIGFPE when a math instruction is executed on a thread spawned by mozglue. Actual Result: Threads created via mozglue have uninitialized or "dirty" FPU status/control flags, leading to catastrophic floating-point exceptions in Gecko components. Expected Result: Every thread, including those spawned by mozglue, should have an initialized FPU state consistent with Windows defaults (0x037f) to prevent exceptions during standard math operations. Versions before e5e2fd0a5209b0d07233d294e0ace5f1e41dfed5 work fine 2. After that commit, the game was rendering a pure black 3D view when playing in "windowed" mode 3. Between e5e2fd0a5209b0d07233d294e0ace5f1e41dfed5 and now, there was a change that made the game actually render "correctly", but with a lot of flickers and performance issues. (I haven't had the time to bisect what commit fixed the black screen and started causing the flickers and performance issues) One curious thing that I found is that, when playing the game in full screen in older Wine versions, even versions that does not contain the regression, if you put the game in fullscreen the game renders, albeit when using the default view (the one with the 2D instrument panel) it has the same slow downs that are present in the newer Wine versions when playing in windowed mode with the default view. So maybe the code path is related? There is also a maybe related regression, where the game also does not work in full screen in newer versions. Here's a video demonstrating the issue, first running it with Wine 10.10, then running with Wine 11.0-rc5: https://youtu.be/pd8FQgbpM8s The game does not work with any of the graphic wrappers I've tested (D7VK and dxwrapper).
