In my testing, this only happens with ntsync, and interesting logging channels (like +winsock,+sync,+server) make the bug basically non-reproducible. As does a small NtDelayExecution of 1 microsecond in ws2_32 select(). The same is true if all of the miscellaneous variables exported along with Clang are not set; this will still occur. Un-setting lld and/or any of the llvm variables bakes no difference.
