It simply creates a Makefile. When I run the makefile, all it gives me is an <appname>.exe.so instead of an Unix executable. After editing the makefile to not make a Windows executable, I tried readelf --all and it said "Wrong magic bits" and I found it to be a shell script that invokes Wine. Winelib is supposed to compile executables for the host OS.
