(Since 02f3e6ea8a67d95b800d39e32d79a625561cd7e1, "__builtin_rint" is only used in builds with GCC, not Clang. But this affects e.g. Ubuntu distribution builds of Wine on x86_64.) This can be reproduced with e.g. https://github.com/mstorsjo/llvm-mingw/blob/master/test/crt-test.c. I'm attaching a binary build of this testcase, built with MSVC with -MD. Texture destruction is async, happening on the device's command stream. This means these textures can be destroyed way after the swapchain itself. But we did set `texture->swapchain` to `NULL` before queuing their destruction, so that bit is fine. The problem is in texture_resource_unload. Here we try to acquire the context, which goes adapter_gl_acquire_context -> wined3d_context_gl_acquire -> wined3d_context_gl_activate -> wined3d_context_gl_update_window. And here we try to access `context_gl->c.swapchain->win_handle`, which unfortunately points to the swapchain that was just freed. I am unsure what's the fix for this. Do we hold a refcount of the swapchain in the context? Do we clear `context->swapchain` when a swapchain is being freed? Should we release the front/back buffer synchronously? Steps to reproduce: 1. Download the ISO and mount it on your system. 2. Change the configuration options of Wine to map E: to the path where the ISO image was mounted, as well as the Operating System to Windows XP (or Windows 98 - shouldn't matter) 3. Install Stratego by running the SETUP.EXE file with wine. 4. During the installation, it will ask you to install the DirectX Media Runtime 5.1. Click "Yes" to install it. 5. You get an error message saying that the "DirectX Media Runtime Setup has failed. You will need to reinstall the software in order for it to work." The ironic part, now that i upgraded, I cannot seem to reinstall wine-stable. I didn't expect this, but anywho. I am basically on debian trixie more or less. I am using devuan actually though. And it has worked up until now if it installed on debian, it would work on devuan too. But not anymore. However, strangely, after pasting once within Safari (which seems able to receive the paste; not matter if within a certain context), it becomes possible to paste the file into Finder. I reproduced the issue with both Wine 11.0 and Wine 11.11. Steps to reproduce: 1. Copy a file from inside Wine, for example bla.txt. 2. Switch to Finder and try to paste it in some folder. 3. Nothing happens. 4. Paste the same clipboard item once inside Safari (not matter where). 5. Return to Finder and paste again. 6. The file now pastes successfully. I checked, and this behavior happens consistently in both Wine 11.0 and Wine 11.11. When I attempt to run anything under wine-hangover it stops at a white screen.
