In my current version of wine 10.14 it is locked to 60 FPS (the HZ of respective screen) but every update after 10.14 (.15, .16 and .17) the application has dropped to 25 FPS (60ms) and 20 FPS in fullscreen mode, this number is a bit higher on my HD monitor compared to the 4k ones. Plane9 is an openGL applicaiton and I got the FPS from mangohud. I've tested plane9 in each version has they come out with the same result. For .17 a new mono version was added and I also tried it with that, no luck. I appolgize if the bug is a general openGL one that I simply do not know about. But whatever wine version i try (including deactivates like soda) i only get a couple of error messages. Is there any way to let this run under linux? Run: wine "/PATH/TO/PREFIX/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft/EdgeCore/VERSIONNUMBER/msedge.exe" --no-sandbox --disable-gpu --no-first-run Edge will launch, it will respond to inputs for a very short time, then freeze completely. --no-sandbox is required for it to launch at all, I will also file a bug for this issue. --disable-gpu is required wine wined3d, it can be dropped if using DXVK. --no-first-run disables the first run prompting you to sign in and such, it has no bearing on the bug itself. Install the UIM.06 patch over the demo: http://www.zedo.hardwar.info/HardwarUIM06.zip 3. Start Hardman.exe (launcher), select Display tab, enable '32 Bit Textures' option in Image Quality. The rest of the options here have no effect on the bug. 4. Go back to the 'Game' tab in the launcher, <Launch...>, <OK>, <Save>. The game should enter the main menu. 5. Enter a pilot name then select a job and voilà... you are in the cockpit with psychedelic textures everywhere.
