Okay, so this also ends up fixing <https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59177>, which is a regression. It's worth noting that it's a "regression" from "renders in the wrong place and upside down but is at least skippable" to "doesn't render at all and isn't skippable".
