It is a 10MB download from http://www.wizards.com/mastertools/downloads/CGSetup12.exe. However, I just noticed that the problem does not occur if I start the Character Generator from its installed directory, which leads me to believe that this is a bug in the application rather than in wine. I have entered this as a suggestion in the Wine Troubleshooters Guide. DirectShow codecs, such as those used by Windows Media Player are not suitable. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
