So it's not crashing then right? it tries to load the scenario but fails leaving
you with what? The game you had, or a blank game?
Maybe the output of wine --debugmsg +file might tell us something as well.

Windows Installer itself install's, but anyone have a command line sytanx for
msiexec.exe (the Windows Installer executer).
Run MSIEXEC.exe and it pops up a dialog saying wrong command line sytanx:
$ wine msiexec.exe DATA1.msi

it seems that the top link to winskat is working, although the page is in
german, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out, if that doesn't work, search
google for winskat, that will probably be your best result...
