If this is still relevant, I would be willing to submit debug info. If there has been a solution for this bug already, please direct me to it as I've extensively searched everything (I think). I've got a similar setup: Redhat 7.3 gcc version 2.96 20000731 linux kernel 2.4.18-3 No windows using jre_1.4.0*.exe when I do "wine jre_1.4.0*.exe" it gives me a whole lot of fixme's and other msgs and then throws me into a debug window. I've registered with the wine bugs section, so just let me know how to send debug msgs (if needed).
