In Window$ no such action is adviced by program, so there's probably some mishmatch with database under wine. I don't allow database conversion. I select Start from empty db, then I experience another type of runtime error (screen4). I'm asked for ambulance type (screen5). I'm asked, whether I wish to start. And there it ends. Under Windows, the program never detects "different database type", never offer "upgrade to new version", never get Runtime error.
