[Bug 3942] New: Miranda under wine

Platform: Other OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: blocker Priority: P3 Component: wine-ports AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: agostinomaurotto(a)people.it I tried the latest wine release in order to use miranda with linux, the programs installed nicely under winetools and seemed to work fine. But after asking for my details it never connected, seems can't connect, closing miranda and restarting it leds to a new database request, when i give a new database name i get a path error. They both use URLDownloadToCacheFileA and crash when it is invoked. Neither needs .net installed. Autoget runs well in wine until the actual download is attempted. Makes it easy to test URLDownloadToCacheFileA by defining a new entry (enter some URL for the source and c:\ for then destination) and click the "Download Now" button.
