Hi can you open a separate bug report for openGL problem (if it exists on
current CVS) with more informations.
For d3d problem you game seems to mix ddraw and d3d8 :(
Can you test with new d3d8 layer of Oliver:

And report what happened after
I think you will have a dinput problem after (but it should be another bug report)

It use many unsupported rendering states by ddraw (for now)
Better is to wait Stefan ddraw using wined3d who support all this states :)
