You still not using native msvcrt.dll. You need to add it to the libraries page
in winecfg. And please don't use pdf. Regular raw txt file will be perfect.

What is your distro?
Do you have enough free space on HDD?

I couldn't understand a single thing from your post. Where does Wine fit into
all this? Assuming that's some Google's attempt to package Windows picasa2 for
Linux install with existing Wine:
1. Please visit www.winehq.org and read user manual.
2. You can't not share "fake" c: drive.
3. Wine does not support "multi-user" atm.
4. ~/.wine dir is you "fake windows setup" - registry & c: drive.

Summary: After graceful exit during Picasa install, cannot re-
start installer
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.4.
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: wine-binary
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: komarek.paul(a)gmail.com
Using picasa2-alpha1.run from email link, I tried to install as a regular user.
I tried to change the install directory from some c:... path to /usr/local, but
the "install" button was grayed out. I figured this was due to a permission
issue (and thanks for checking permissions!). I'll mention as an aside that
having a c:\... path on a GNU system is a bit confusing, and I couldn't decide
if this was a bug, or some "feature" of wine.
When I tried to reinstall as root (well, via sudo), I got this error:
Creating directory picasa2
mkdir: cannot create directory `picasa2': File exists
/tmp/picasa2-alpha1.run: line 136: Cannot create target directory: command not found
/tmp/picasa2-alpha1.run: line 137: you should perhaps try option -target
OtherDirectory: command not found
I found a picasa2 directory under my home dir, and removed it. When I tried to
reinstall picasa2 via sudo, it went straight from "Uncompressing ..." to "Picasa
for Linux is now installed." with no intervening gui installer or license check,
etc.
At this point, I now have a picasa2 directory owned by root in my user home
directory. I would still prefer to install this on /usr/local, since that is
where I have space allocated for applications.
One other thing that persisted (after gracefully cancelling the first install as
a regular user) is the picasa icon on my gnome desktop. It is easy to "move to
trash", but probably shouldn't have stuck around.
I still haven't figured out how to clean out the first install's state, so I'm
going to give up on installing picassa for now. I'm guessing there's some
registry entry for wine or gnome somewhere.
Good luck with your project. I would definitely prefer a more GNU-ish or
unix-ish application, since I'm installing this app on a GNU/Linux system
(examples:
* no weird .picasa2/drive_c/windows/temp/nss2196.tmp/NSIS_Picasa.dll in my home dir
* installing app in a standard location like /usr/local instead of putting dlls
into my home directory)
However, I understand this may not be possible with the resources you have
available.

Bug 1789 details the problems with float conversions. It can be tracked from there.
Tested wine cvs and Warcraft III campaign profiles are created correctly, as
well meeting the various I, I32, and I64 tests. Resolving fixed.
