Open application using wine. Move from one window to another. When I come back to the virtual window/desktop that the wine application is in it is gone. The processes are still running. This is the same problem I found in the bug mailing list last year that was fixed. However the patch used back then in the x11 position code won't work now. If I choose unmanaged windows in wine config all keyboard input goes to the console. If I choose managed windows - normal windows get keyboard input , but windows like the half-life-enter-cd-key-dialog still do not get any input.
