I have the same problem as described.
But a question for the original reporter: I also have the problem that in combat
mode, the resolution of the game is wrong. So, I cannot see the complete combat
screen and neither scroll in the combat screen. Is that what you mean with
"minor problems in graphics" ?

Summary: wineprefixcreate: Support for WINEDEBUG added
Product: Wine
Version: 20050310
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: enhancement
Priority: P2
Component: wine-tools
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: wine.dev(a)web.de
For automatic tests, almost every Script should be aware of WINEDEBUG
(parsing stdout)
A modified Version of wineprefixcreate is aware of Class "TRACE, ERR and FIXME"
with Channels "all" and "wineprefixcreate", even if mixed
example: WINEDEBUG="+all:TRACE-all:TRACE+wineprefixcreate"
Is a Guideline nessesary for a naming to prevent problems, when a script calls
another script?
Actual I'm testing with the prefix "wp_" (variable) and "WP_" (function).
examples: wp_scriptname, wp_do_err, wp_do_trace and wp_do_fixme and
replacing "echo" with WP_TRACE, WP_ERR or WP_FIXME
Using the complete Scriptname instead of a Prefix need more typing/filesize but
allow different Channels in a script.

Rickard
The lastest version of Gentoo sources I can find is 2.4.28-r8 are you using the
normal sources, or the hardended versions?
On my 2.4.28-r8 I removed CONFIG_2GB, I tried CONFIG_3GB, I tried CONFIG_1GB but
everytime I ended up with a kernel that would boot but just hung the machine
trying to start X. As soon as I can get 2.4.39 I will give it a try.
Cheers
Geoff

Ok, I have installed the last wine CVS(20050310)
More and more is working all the time :)
Now the MultiPoker installation gets almost to the end, but then I get a popup
window without text (it is the background graphics in the window, if i place
another window over it, then that graphic will be the background).
If I try to close the window, I get "Window belonging to wine is not
responding..... Kill Yes/No"
The text log is:
$ wine "Program Files\\MultiPoker\\MultiPoker.exe"
The file 'data' was opened
The file 'data' was opened

I also tried DCOM, same result as last time.
I guess that this bug:
HEAP_CreateSystemHeap system heap base address 0x80000000 not
Is solved, and now we are more trying to get a specific program to work...?
In that case I am not sure what the problem was.
CONFIG_2GB in combination with a Gentoo special kernel?
