Anim8or (3d modelling & animation) has the same problem with wine-20050524. It's clear from the display that the opengl `view' area is mispositioned. I suspect this is a problem with the `origin' of the display not getting set and thus overdrawing the menu area. Another possibility is that there is an unwanted border around the opengl view space and that it is this border that is overdrawing the menubar. There's some evidence of that in the fact that the view area is blue whereas the menus are blacked out.
