The backtrace doesn't show the names of the function that it crashed in. Could you please try installing an unstripped binary and making another backtrace? The trace shows: trace:msi:MSI_GetPropertyW returning L"<????-??????-??????-????>" for property L"SerialNumberTemplate" ... trace:msi:msi_dialog_create_window Dialog L"CustomerInformation" control L"[SerialNumberTemplate]" hwnd 0x10 046 wine: Unhandled exception (thread 000b), starting debugger... So it's crashing somewhere in the dialog code, dealing with product keys... but it's hard to tell which function without a Wine build with symbols. Ideally build and run using the Wine CVS...
