Blocker means all Wine development is blocked, which it isn't in this case.
Resetting severity.

This already returns NO_ERROR, but it does nothing. What is your app doing that
it depends on this?

Fails with the error "Could not obtain OLE control window handle" (Programs own

find out what broke it.

Just kind of an update, problem still exists in 0.9.24.
Keep up good work, especially on those memory leaks.

Willie, it applies cleanly for me on wine-0.9.24, which was released a day
after your post.

I tried the patch in comment #11, using opengl mode and the game runs if not
perfectly, well enough that I stopped playing in windows. In many hours of
playing, the game never once crashed. There is no flickering with the patch
applied to 0.9.23. I haven't tried 0.9.24 yet.
There are a few issues, however:
Water surfaces: in a body of water the most distant surface of the water will
occasionally flash white.
Lower frame rate: It's definately lower as reported by the Titan mod in any
case. I'm not sure how accurate this is but I usually get 20-30fps in wine and
30 or 60 in XP. That being said, the frame rate isn't noticably different to my
eyes.
Slight visual issues: it seems like there are some other visual glitches that
are somewhat minor and not that noticable. They are just a little distracting.
It's hard to describe them though, maybe I can try and get some screen caps of
this and the white water flash.
