I would guess if nobody else votes for it, the fix will probably never be included in the mainstream code base. So, if anyone else has any votes they can afford to spare, ... Besides pleading for votes for this bug, what else could be done to make it more likely that this bug will be fixed? If it would help, I'd be happy to send and donate a few box-and-CD copies of the app (PAF) to the Wine developers for testing purposes.
